Rapid 8x75 column – Recommended conditions
Temperature & flow rate
We have tested flow rates from 100 to 1000 nl/min and all produced great results.
Maximum pressure
The Aurora Series column and nanoZero® fitting can both handle pressures >1700 bar.
Expected back pressure
The below graph depicts the expected backpressure of a Rapid 8x75 column, for a given flow rate at both room temperature and 50°C. The buffer composition is 79.9% water, 20% acetonitrile, 0.1% formic acid.
Example gradient
See example gradients for the full range of Aurora Series columns here.
