8 cm Aurora Rapid 8x150 column – Recommended conditions
Temperature & flow rate
We tested flow rates ranging from 1 to 4 μL/min on the 8 cm Aurora Rapid 8×150 column, all of which produced excellent results. At these flow rates and room temperature, the back pressure from the column should remain within normal operating range of most UHPLC systems. Flow rates above this range typically require column heating to keep back pressure within manageable levels.
Maximum pressure
Aurora Series columns and nanoZero® fitting can both handle pressures can withstand pressures >1700 bar.
