Recommended conditions for 5cm Aurora Rapid150 column
Temperature & flow rate
We have tested flow rates from 2 to 4 μl/min and all produced great results. At flow rates of between 2 and 4 μl/min at room temperature, the back pressure from the column should be within normal operating range of most UHPLCs. Higher flow rates generally require heating to keep the back pressure within manageable levels.
Maximum pressure
Aurora Series columns can withstand pressures >1700 bar (Gen3) and >1200bar (Gen2).
