NanoShield™ Application Note

NanoShield™ Application Note

Traditionally, some level of peptide loss has been considered an acceptable trade-off when using trap columns. NanoShield™, however, delivers near-direct injection performance. Testing showed less than a 1% reduction in protein identifications and only a 1–3% reduction in precursor identifications compared with direct injection, when evaluated against a comparable trap column.
