Recommended conditions for 60cm Aurora Frontier column

Temperature & flow rate
A column oven must be installed at the mass spectrometer source for the 60cm Aurora Frontier column. For typical operation we recommend a flow rate between 200 and 300 nl/min with the column oven set to 60°C. The maximum operating temperature is 60°C. Flow rates can be increased or decreased to suit particular applications.

Maximum pressure
Aurora Series columns can withstand pressures >1700 bar (Gen3) and >1200bar (Gen2).
