Installing an Aurora Rapid 5 cm column with the Nanospray Flex source using the Aurora Rapid Housing Unit (1st Generation)
This article demonstrates how to install an Aurora Rapid 5 cm column on your UHPLC system with the Thermo Scientific NanoSpray Flex source using the Rapid Column Housing Unit (1st Generation). The article includes a video instructions on how to:
- Install the Rapid Column Housing Unit into the source stage
- Install the Aurora column into the housing
- Adjust the emitter position
This housing has been superseded by the new HeatSync™ Rapid 5 cm Column Housing, which provides both secure mounting and heating options for the Aurora Rapid 5×75 and 5×150 columns.
