Required accessories for Aurora XT column operation

Depending on your chosen column length and source setup, the following accessories may be required to ensure optimal performance:

HeatSync™ 2-Channel Controller
  1. Introducing the HeatSync range of temperature control solutions, which includes:
    1. 1 x HeatSync™ Controller (Part No. HSHEATCON02)
    2. 1 x HeatSync™ Column Heater (Part No. HSCOLHTR01)
    3. 1 x HeatSync™ Rapid 5 cm Column Housing (Part No. HS5CMH01)
    4. 1 x HeatSync™ Regulator (Part No. HS5CMREG01)
  2. The HeatSync™ Rapid 5 cm Column Housing and HeatSync™ Regulator deliver a new, dedicated heating solution for 5 cm Aurora Rapid 5x75 and 5x150 columns.
  3. Delivers improved functionality, superseding the IonOpticks Heater Controller (Gen 1, IOHEATCON1).

HeatSync™ Column Heater
  1. Part No. HSCOLHTR01
  2. Designed to pair with the HeatSync™ 2-Channel Controller and IonOpticks Heater Controller.
  3. Required for heating 60 cm Aurora Frontier XT columns.
  4. Optional for 25 cm Aurora Ultimate XT and 15 cm Aurora Elite XT columns.

Note: Operating 25 cm Aurora Ultimate XT or 15 cm Aurora Elite XT columns without a column heater may lead to fluctuating temperatures and increased back pressure at optimal flow rates, generating inconsistent sample separation.



XT Nanospray Flex Adapter
  1. Part No. XTFLXAD01
  2. Required for operating Aurora XT columns with the Thermo Nanospray Flex source.


IonOpticks Heater Controller (Original)
  1. Part No. IOHEATCON1
  2. The IonOpticks Heater Controller (Original) pairs with the IonOpticks Column Heater.



HeatSync™ Column Heater Extension Cable (1m)
  1. Part No. EXTCABLE03
  2. Optional 1m extension cable for the HeatSync™ 2-Channel Controller and IonOpticks Heater Controller.
