We recommend the following buffer compositions:
  1. Buffer A: 99.9% MilliQ Water, 0.1% formic acid
  2. Buffer B: 99.9% Acetonitrile, 0.1% formic acid
Please consult with your UHPLC manufacturer to confirm that your UHPLC is compatible with these compositions

The maximum load capacity that each Aurora Series column can withstand is outlined below:
  1. 60 cm Aurora Frontier: 1μg per hour of gradient
  2. 25 cm Aurora Ultimate: 1μg
  3. 15 cm Aurora Elite: 500ng
  4. 8 cm Rapid8x150: 500ng
  5. 8 cm Rapid8x75: 100ng
  6. 5 cm Rapid5x150: 200ng
  7. 5 cm Rapid5x75: 50ng
The optimal column load for your experiments depends on the specific MS instrument you are using. Please consult your MS guidelines to determine the ideal load for your experiments.
