Installation, Step 3c: Connecting Thermo Scientific Nanospray Flex source with Sonation Column Oven

The 15cm and 25cm Aurora Series columns require a high-voltage cable, which connects the source high-voltage to the nanoZero® fitting (see 4 below).
Only one cable is required per instrument, not per column.
The 5cm RAPID Aurora Series column does not fit into the Sonation Column Oven. However, this column can be operated without a column heater. At flow rates of between 2 and 4 μl/min at room temperature, the back pressure from the column should be within normal operating range of most UHPLCs.
Please review this article for instructions on installing your 5cm RAPID Aurora Series column.

Handling of fused-silica or glass tubing and tips can result in serious personal injury, including eye and skin injury. Use safety goggles meeting AS/NZS 1336 requirements or equivalent. Puncture and chemical-resistant gloves should also be worn at all times.
