Expected back pressure, 60cm Aurora Frontier column

The below graph depicts the expected backpressure of a 60cm Aurora Frontier column, for a given flow rate at 60°C.

This graph was recorded after 50 sample injections. The buffer composition is 79.9% water, 20% acetonitrile, 0.1% formic acid.

The Aurora Series column and nanoZero® fitting can both handle pressures >1700 bar.
