Expected back pressure, 15cm Aurora Elite column

The below graph depicts the expected backpressure of a 15cm Aurora Elite column, for a given flow rate at both room temperature and 40┬░C.

The buffer composition is 79.9% water, 20% acetonitrile, 0.1% formic acid.

The Aurora Series column and nanoZero® fitting can both handle pressures >1700 bar (Generation 3) and >1200bar (Generation 2).
